BRANCH REVIEWS
My main problem, is getting a live human, for services at the main bank, Baltimore Street. When I have wasted my time, and gone to the door; a young girl answered, and basically, told me to call, then slammed the glass door in my face. Then, when I called, I was questioned like a suspect!! Now, a major issue has changed, and legal matters have to be tended to. I call repeatedly, and there is no answer, on the other end. I left message of the Truist site, about my initial problem, and never received a reply. I will mention, that I have had accounts there, since that Baltimore Street Building was First National Bank. In case you don't know, that is over 50 years ago! At this point, I would just like to know, how does one get service, at this bank?? Chessmen, and the other establishments here, are looking good to me. I will await, not only a reply, but the service that I need!
