Debit card confiscated at ATM. Contacted main office. Told that card had been reported stolen(not by me). After some time, Customer Service Representive was able to resesolve the issue. Informed to report to local branch oif additional assistance was required. Sandi O'Brien was very helpful. Her smile was very pleasent and she acted and treated my account as if it was her very own. I was made to feel my issues were her issues. I left feeling at ease, knowing that there are those who care. Again, thank you again Ms. O'Brien for your assistance and positive attitude.
