My brother had a stroke and is now a quadriplegic so I am his payee. The payee needs to be added to the account in order to be able to do the person's business. Chase canceled six out of seven appointments the one appointment they kept they spent an hour of my time making a copy of my ID and the letter from Social security making me the payee and making another appointment which they later canceled and did not add me to the account. They canceled because this office was going to be closed for 2 weeks and that they would call me during those two weeks to meet somewhere else. They've been open back for a week and I'm still waiting for that call. I started this process on December 17th this has gone on over one month. They would not take this BS from their customers or other professionals! Why do they expect me to take it?
