Colonial American Bank

Colonial American Bank was established on February 9, 2007. It underwent several changes in its operational structure and location throughout its history. In 2009, the main office of the bank moved from 300 Welsh Road, Horsham, Pennsylvania, to a new location at the same address but within Building #4, Suite #100. Subsequently, on March 28, 2013, the main office was relocated to 1405 Route 35 North in Middletown, New Jersey. On July 31, 2015, Colonial American Bank merged with OceanFirst Bank, based in Toms River, New Jersey. Following the merger, the institution changed its name to OceanFirst Bank, National Association, on January 31, 2018.
