Encore Bank

Encore Bank was established on June 4, 2007, initially operating under the name National Bank of Southwest Florida. The institution underwent several name changes over the years, including becoming Encore National Bank on February 7, 2011, and later changing its name to Encore Bank on December 31, 2012. On October 5, 2016, Encore Bank transitioned to a state-chartered bank, withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System, and changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The main office was relocated to 3003 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, on the same date. Following this, on October 15, 2016, the institution officially adopted the name Encore Bank. However, the bank voluntarily closed and liquidated its assets on April 20, 2018.
