Worst banking experience I have had the displeasure of experiencing in my over 20 years of living on this planet. Both Store Manager Katie O'Neal and Assistant Store Manager Liddy Bretrend seem entirely incompetent when it comes to being in upper management. Liddy in particular has no active listening skills, talks over the guest on the phone, and talks in circles without directly addressing any questions. I would avoid this branch and potentially entire bank if I had the foresight to see all this at the heart of the institution.
