Used the outside ATM drive threw on 5/3/19 the ATM not only took and DAMNAGE my Mastercard it also NEVER GAVE ME THE $480.00 i tried to withdraw, bank wouldn't refund my money and Brinks had to come out and retrive my now damnaged card, you would think when ATM was opened to retrive my MC i would've got the 480.00 but that DID NOT HAPPEN. Issac who works at the bank said it will take 2 wks before Brinks would audit their money and IF they are over by 480.00 i would then get my money!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!! there's a damn camera at drivethrew and it will clearly show money was not given. not only that my mother and i was also told they thought the ATM had been fixed because it had done the same to other people. if i would've known ATM was having this type of problems i would've never used the dang thing. now because of this nightmare i can't feed my 8 dogs ,, pay my bill's or even get myself grocries.
