Republic Bank

Republic Bank was established on November 12, 1999, under the name Republic Bank, Inc. In September 2007, the bank relocated its main office to 1560 Renaissance Towne Drive, Suite 260, Bountiful, Utah 84010, and subsequently underwent a name change to Republic Bank, Inc. In May 2009, Republic Bank transitioned its organization type to a commercial bank and simplified its name to Republic Bank.
