TowneBank is a financial institution that was established on April 8, 1999, originally under the name Towne Bank. Over the years, the bank has expanded its operations through a series of acquisitions. Notably, on December 3, 2010, the institution changed its name to Towne Bank and acquired The Bank of Currituck located in Moyock, North Carolina. TowneBank continued its growth by acquiring Harbor Bank in Newport News, Virginia, on March 20, 2004. I recently opened a CD account a while back. Since then, I've been unable to use their website. Inputted information that I entered is exactly as it appears on my application, including my email address. Yet, I have never recv'd back even ONE single email IN RESPONSE.
