I had a loan personal length 4 years after 2 they changed the due date so instead of 18th started that out payment on the 3rd of each month without notifying me. Don't think that is legal...
Heather is by far one of the sweetest people to work with.. I have had questions about things and she has stayed late on the phone with me working thru things... I wanted to check into a loan and see where i was financially to make sure it was something i really wanted to do..... Sadly my car made the decision for me.. I got her the information about a vehicle over the phone on a Wed am and by later in the day I was driving my new car... I cannot say enough about he .. I ABSOLUTLY would encourage anyone looking for a bank or a loan to contact her.. I have dealt with Alden Bank in Central Lake since 2016 and will always call it my branch and home bank.. The tellers are pretty special as well.. I LOVE working with Elaine as well...
Just wanted to say how nice and helpful Sue is at the Alden Branch in Michigan. Our family has been dealing with her for several years and she is always on top of things and very helpful.. She has been a staple long time and hopefully will continue to be of service to others in years to come. She deserves to be reconized in a good way. Not easy to keep the same job for over so many years, fighting weather conditions in the winter etc. Thank you Sue for all you do. The Mulcahys.
