AmeriServ Financial Bank Ratings

This bank's online checking is terrible. It doesn't list the transactions in order, and it doesn't list ATM fees separately but rather lumps them together with the withdrawal. For example, instead of a line item for a $20 withdrawal and a line item listed as ATM fee $2.50, it lists one line item as $22.50, which makes it very confusing. And it charges a $2.50 fee even when you use an Ameriserv ATM, then they will later credit the fee back, which makes no sense at all. They charge a maintenance fee for a savings account which wasn't disclosed when I opened the savings account. Their servers are in a completely different time zone so it takes forever for deposits to post, but you guessed it, it takes just seconds to take out fees. All other banks reset their ATM daily usage at midnight, but because of the time zone difference, Ameriserv doesn't reset their ATM dauky usage until 1:00 am. With my old bank, my direct deposit hit my account at 4:00 am. With Ameriserv, it doesn't hit my account until 6:15 am, which completely messes up any automatic payments I have set for payment on pay day because automatic payments come out before 6:00 am and since my direct deposit doesn't hit my account unti at least 6:25 am, my automatic payments are declined and I have to wait till after 6:15 am to pay them manually so I can't even use auto pay on my bills. None of these things were disclosed when I opened my account. Overall, worst bank ever.

Went to bank today. and a gard came out said bank was closed no electric why is there no electric also why cant you make a deposit in to your account useing the atm?
