APEX BANK RATINGS

We have a HELOC on some property and that HELOC was purchased by Apex. Horrible service, difficult to get hold of, customer service agents are either too stupid to understand a simple problem or else think that we are too stupid and think that eventually give up and go away. Every month there is a $15 extra charge on our account for something that happened 6 months ago and was resolved. It's not much but it won't go away no matter how many times we call or who we talk to. We have to pay it over and over and over.... It makes me wonder how many if their customers are getting dinged with small amounts every month and Apex does it because their customers don't notice or give up trying to resolve.

Apex is the reason people are so thankful they found another bank to do business with. The branch in Greeneville managed by Brant who tries to be sneaky and lie should be lucky he still had a job period. When you speak of someone negatively and accuse them of things behind their back as a customer and then play stupid like he did…that's a disgrace. My case was found out from a family member of mine who lied herself and had to tell me the truth. She was TRYING to say that I fraudulently took money from her. When asked if Alwx should press charges, her reply was NO. Was I ever even asked about my side because there is a he said, she said and the truth. All Brant could focus on was what the Elder She said. He himself is a lie and a fraud. If you bank with Apex bless your heart snd don't deal with the location on East AJ Hwy. I am not writing this just to blow steam off. It's merely me telling the truth and I would tell it to anyone personally.

Apex Bank in Big Sandy is the best banking experience my family has ever had. The bank tellers are friendly and take care of our banking needs in a professional manner. I am from Chicago, and it amazes me every time I enter the bank to conduct business, and they know who you are and how to access your account without feeling like a stranger who has to write numbers down and present ID. However, they do take precautions above and beyond to ensure banking safety. I would recommend Apex Big Sandy branch to anyone looking for a friendly and professional banking experience.
