This branch is doing criminal acts within the branch when it comes to customers money there needs to be an investigation on the bank manager and teller they names will be put on this they are very unprofessional and something need to be done I was hearing from a customer how they took her money and is playing with the video images and if they are doing that then I will be taking my money out of this bank and will be informing my loves ones to do the same when it comes to Apple Bank.
I informed the manager Edwin Machuca that my money never with into my account and he informed me that I put my money in a atm and when I was seeing the image the timing was off the workers there are scanning customers out they money and when I informed him about the worker he walked to the worker and I never told him what she look like so I think a investigate need to be done on him and the workers when it comes to people money.
