Please answer the phones, the service is terrible. It is times of Pandemic and customer service is key. Add more people to your staff, if that is your excuse and provide a half decient service. It is like calling another planet. There are hundreds of thousands of unemployed in PR whom can help. Get with it, wake up.
Customer for 35 years and this is the worst I have experienced. Main office and Guayama, terrible service.
