Guardia dice que abren puertas a las 9:00am y la fila de personas mayores de edad en el puro sol a lad 9:13am sin abrir puertas , para mi servicio pesimo.
I live in NY. I made an appointment and a trip to PR to see the branch manager and a bank representative on a Monday. Neither one came in on that Monday (no call back/excuse/apology), so I got another bank representative not familiar with what I needed, to help me open an account for the estate of my mother (RIP) - I have my own bank accounts there BTW. Later on, I call the number -1331 posted for the branch - nobody picks up the phone to save their life. You need an extension? Try X151536 (B Sanchez). I tried later to get the branch Manager's (M Olivera) on his cell phone to close account out, I left him a message - never got a reply back... This year no bank statement for interests paid to my account. WOW.
