Terrible Customer Service - Unreal the customer service these days, always blame a glitch, first the ATM ate my card, then you forgot to order it after I came in and sat down with your Banker. Then Manager E calls to make customer service attempt, not realizing the whole time my card was never order, then had me try and add a digital card, for a card not even ordered. Impossible to get a employee to answer the phone. Their answering computer has no feature to leave a message for a customer. Everything is referred to their website to make an appointment. This is total non-sense.... Read more
