Why have you done away with tellers in drive-thru? My elderly mother has been a customer for over 50 years and does not understand how to use an ATM card nor does she want one making it necessary to come inside your Gunbarrel Road branch for any transaction. This means I have to go inside with her as I help her with her finances. That bank branch is ALWAYS under-staffed and a wait is inevitable as the line to the tellers is ALWAYS long. As usual when we went to the bank yesterday around 2:00 ish there were 15 people in line with 2 tellers. Two other men in suits were walking around looking officious basically doing nothing. There was only one person working there that I recognized from previous visits. Where are the experienced people who worked there before last month? What has happened to customer service? As my mother said, this is not the bank she has had a relationship with for many years. I am in the process of trying to persuade her to move her two accounts to a bank which will appreciate her business.
