BRANCH REVIEWS
Bank of America has the absolutely worst customer service. They work off the premise they are so large that if they lose a customer it's no big deal. I've driven to 3 different locations and have yet to find an open branch due to covid. They direct you to branch locator but it gives no info on branches that are closed due to covid. I started switching my business accounts to other banks and it's finally time to switch last one. Small banks can do everything BOA does with great customer service.
