I have been a customer of this Bank of America branch for more than 20 years, and I can honestly say that I have always had a very positive experience. Over the years, I have dealt with many members of the staff, and they have consistently been friendly, professional, and helpful. Mila, the branch manager, deserves special recognition. She is always pleasant, approachable, and willing to take the time to help with any questions or problems. Her professionalism and personal attention make a real difference. Crag is also a wonderful member of the team—always friendly, helpful, and professional, and someone I know I can count on when I need assistance.
I also appreciate the other members of the team, who are always courteous and ready to assist. It is not often that you find a bank branch where the staff has maintained such a high level of service over so many years. After more than two decades with this branch, I am very happy to continue being a Bank of America customer and would gladly recommend this branch to others.
Long time BoA customer. BoA used to have more branches and would open at 9am.
