Never answer the damn phone!!! Worse bank office!!! Their ATM ate my money!!! I called BOFA and was told to call them directly but these rats never answer and make you go through their 10 minute answering machine before you can have the option to get rep. And then they dont answer you.!!!
Why was the BofA of Lakewood closed today, Friday, July 10, 2020? The lights were on inside. The doors were locked. And the ATMs were not taking or giving money. This was about 11:30 AM.
