Horrible and insensitive experience! It seems that having a desk, chair, and a suit might go to the heads of some BOA Relations.! I should have left the minute one of the Relations managers corrected my statement about the year the Vietnam war started. After checking his computer, he corrected me by proving to me about my error, and that there was one-year difference. He NEVER submitted the correct document that I had given him! To make a long story short, and after a month or so, my faith was restored by meeting with a professional and courteous Relations manager at another BOA.
