BANK OF AMERICA PORT CHARLOTTE

Bank of America just doesn't care. I watched the one and only teller be rude and dismissive to the 6 customers ahead of me. The manager was standing right next to her acting like she was busy, knowing full well that there were at least 20 people in line. The manager never corrected the teller for being rude and borderline hateful to customers. By the time it was my turn, the teller immediately used a hateful tone with me and accused me of "attacking" her because I asked for a copy of the policy regarding having to show an ID to make a simple cash deposit. I never received a copy of said policy and as she slammed my deposit slip down in front of me she told me that if I didn't like the policy I could go someplace else. Since it was a business deposit I don't have the final say in where the company does their banking, however a bank taking, recording and possibly endangering my personal information of a non-customer acting on behalf of an employer is cause for concern.
