Hello, I just left your Redmond Ridge branch and my wife and I will be looking at alternative options for our banking needs. This is the second time in less than two weeks where I went in, stood in line to cash a check only to have the "Teller" leave the window as I was approaching. The first time no one returned in 10 minutes and others standing in line left as did I.
Today the very same thing only the "Teller" was just finishing up with a customer. I walked up just as she was leaving. Another gentlemen behind the glass said someone would be right over. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one came near the window. The same fellow walked by and said someone would be right there. Nope, no one showed up. Same guy came back and asked what it was I needed, I told him I wanted to case a check. He told me he wasn't allowed to do that because he was a Merrill Lynch employee ? t that point I had enough and left telling anyone that would listen, which there wasn't anyone, to please get a teller to help people !
My wife and I have long time customers with BOA, check it out if you want, and we have simply had enough of the lackadaisical attitude this branch has to long time customers. It seems as though I need to make an appointment to take care of a nothing transaction !
One thing is for certain, we will not attempt to use this branch again and will be actively looking for a bank that values the customers a little more than you do. Please feel free to look at our history with BOA, one acct ending in 6986, Always have 30-50 K in checking / savings.
Simply pitiful how people are treated at this branch. And by the way, this new concept of no open tellers doesn't work ! Since we live in Trilogy you would think this branch would be so handy, NOT !
