I have been a customer of B of A for more than 30 years. I made an appointment to review an account. When I got there no one was at the reception desk. I waited, another customer walked in and was greeted politely and with dignity. I am an 87 year old customer but When I approached the desk and informed them that I had a appointment before the other clients, they told me they couldn't find my name on the appointment book. I showed them my phone with the reminder text B of A had sent. Then they gave me a smile and made me wait one more hour. What really disappointed me was that my appointment was at 10. The other clients's appointment was at 10:30. They were greeted, welcomed and given more attention and respect and several other customer representative also made some small talk and jokes with him while we were standing online, because I guess they were younger and had more money to invest.
I am writing this for my mom. I am also a B of A customer and feel very dissapointed on how badly you treated my mom.
I have gotten nothing but the best service from these wonderful folks
