I came very close to leaving Bank of America after using for more than 30 years due to how rudely I was treated at this location. Over a speaker where everyone waiting the teller/manager loudly said that I was not eligible for a service because my balance fell below a threshold. I was mortified! For this rude person to speak out of turn and to be completely unknowledgeable I was furious. As a Bank of America Advantage customer, previously I obtained cashier checks at no cost. I found out that this feature was dropped and that my balance was irrelevant.
