The Bank of Grandlake will NOT stand behind there customers when fraud has occurred on their checking or debit cards.. I know I lost 660.00 dollars, and Bank of Grandlake would NOT stand behind me.. I went to a teller at Bank of Grandlake and explained the situation and also told the teller that I got a fraud alert from the Bank that day..The tell and a Bank official would NOT make it right with my account through the fraud dept proceedings.. I looked right at the teller and the Bank officer and said (Will it looks like I need to change Banks, and the teller said it (SURE DOES).. This is not the friendly service that the ratings have implicated on Facebook and Google.. I would not recommend this bank to no-one..
Great to have an old fashioned "small town bank". The only locally owned bank in Grove. If you have any problems the bank the owner is there to assist you with any banking needs. Very rare in todays world.
