Refused to answer any questions about my account at the Brookside branch this morning. Kaitlyn said I have to come into the branch or wait the 20 minutes for a customer service rep on the automated system.
Common Sandites lets give some reviews for this branch! Ive been a customer for 10 yrs.! The emplyees know the importance of good service, are always happy to see me and its not an act! They always take a genuine concern in my business and go above and beyond to take care of me, Im giving them 6 stars !!!
Inadequate and inflexible Home Equity Loan Department. After getting our Home Equity Loan, we were never given the option to select the loan payment due date. I called in and the agent said that I cannot change the due date. She had to create a complaint for a supervisor to call me back in a day or two, to attempt to request a date change.
Extremely rude. Was denied service and was told to go to 7-11. Very poor service even manager is rude.
Been with The Candlewood Branch since It opened. Have been very happy with the customer service and now do most of it online. However at.95, If I need help with it i come to you locally. Thanks, however I sent a deposit by mail this morning. Thanks, Mrs. Melot.
