Why was the branch closed on Friday Jan 28? If it's COVID related you should post that info on the front door or online somewhere. And say aprox when it will reopen. Post it on what's happening Woodlake through Facebook. That's where citizens look for pertinent information that concerns our community. I'd like a little more explanation than "branch closed".
New phone systems is horrible. No direct contact anymore, I remember when they opened 42 years ago. Customer service was number one. Now just another number !!
Called the lost and stolen account info number. Because it is Sat she cannot acess my account? Need to find out if card is being used and to put a stop on this card. The women was speaking from an offshore number ??? Cannot, cannot, cannot??? She also had a horendous accent. Really???
Incompedent bank. There are so many issues w your corporate bank. This has to do w your whole banking system.
I have a complaint, and I have visited Olive street bank at 10;25am this morning. I recieved 3 over draft notices from bank 2 days ago. Duplicate payment to Synchrony Bank. City of Porterville,and Southern Cal. I paid through bill pay 8-3-18 for all payments. The bank says these company's took there money out on the 2nd.So many things wrong with that I don't even know where to start. They told me to contact each one and find out why they would take funds out a day before the bank was otherized to release them. Also the bank manager would get back to me. So if I pay for the 3rd on friday through my bank, my funds can be withdrawn on the secound befor my social security check is cleared. Incompedent Bank.
