Today I was assisted by Jon Richmond, branch manager in Portsmouth. His efficiency, kindness and caring was beyond compare. He exemplifies the phrase "going above and beyond." We so appreciate his expertise. Now I completely understand why my parents would not do their banking anywhere else!
