This was our first time dealing with this bank that was previously the Akron Savings Bank. We first delt with Richard Rogers on lets just say a very complicated issue. Instead of just just ignoring our situation he refered us to his very competent assistant Tonia Pacer. Let me tell you she was nothing short of professional.Tonia was patient, very knowledgeable, thorough, and understanding of our situation. We would not have been able to complete our transaction without her assistance. I think she will be moving up the corporate ladder very soon.
