It takes 1-3 business days for a Zelle to go through. This is supposed to be a process that takes just minutes. Once I took cash to an ATM and it took 6 days for it to post. Their equipment has issues and so does their lack of understanding of their customer's urgency of having their money available to them. It is ridiculous.
When you want to call any location, it goes to a central call center, you will wait at least 8minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Terrible customer service! Chris Grad soon to be a former customer.
All the staff at this location are helpful and courteous. A pleasure to do business with them.
