CADENCE BANK REVIEWS & COMPLAINTS

Branch review: Barclay / Brooksville Branch

Cadence Bank has the WORST customer service of any bank I deal with. Instead of being called "Fluent", their online banking system should be renamed the "Not Ready For Prime Time" site.

Amateur hour. When I get back to Florida next month, I'm closing all my accounts with them, I've had enough.
