Calusa Bank

Calusa Bank was established on April 23, 2007, originally operating under the name Calusa National Bank. The bank underwent several changes on April 26, 2014, when it changed its institution name to Calusa Bank and transitioned to a state-chartered bank that became a member of the Federal Reserve System. On the same date, the primary federal regulatory agency was changed to the Federal Reserve, and the chartering agency became state-affiliated.
