I just wanted to let someone know or if I need to be sent to another bank like Richmond, VA please let me know. But I wanted to let you know how impressed with Stephane, the manager at the Bassett, Va office how considerate, kind, efficient that she is in looking out for long term customers. She goes above and beyond to satisfy Carter Bank's customers to make them happy and feel appreciated. I miss her at the Horsepasture branch and hated to see her to to Bassett, Va office. She deserves the best consideration for any big promotions because she truly has Carter Bank's best interest at heart to keep your customers happy.
