I am worried about Chase. Service is terribly bad on so many fronts. I have been trying to get a simple and important legal document notorized. When I went to the branches I was told to go to another branch. At the second branch, I was told to come I. But when I did the response was, " you need to call and make an appointment." Well I've been trying to do that for two days. No one answers the phone and it just says to call back later. So which is it folks? Call and get an appointment or go in and demand that somebody help me? Neither seem to work.
Also have a dispute in the works for months. Amazon provided me with proof (codes and all) that prove the bank received the charge back refund. And yet, the dispute department has been dragging its feet for months and refuses to give me the credit that is due. Really lost complete confidence in this bank after almost 20 years as a loyal customer.
