Little disappointed in this office. I had schedued an appointment for 2:30pm with intentons to open a checking account and move all ny banking from Wells Fargo, who I'e banked with for 20+ years. The main reason for my decision was Wells Fargos customer support, spcifically customer satisfaction is, in my opinion, terrible. Instead of coming in to open the account I was instructed by a nice lady at the branch how easyily I could do it online. She said that she would calll me llater to assure I completed the on ine registration. I got hung up uring my online registration and spent a good 45-60 min on your 800 number support line. They provide the data I thought was needed, but I remained stuck. I attempted to call the branch office 2- times and got recording to call back. The lady at the branch never followed up . So never got registered. I felt like I was still at Wells. I will start my search for a bank that knows what customer satisfaction means and sets it as a priority with all employees.
