I've been paying my home mortgage to Chase for 12 years. This branch refused to cash 2, $100 bills into $20s for me because "you don't have an account with us." I explained I do pay my mortgage to Chase, to no avail. Fortunately, there is a Wells Fargo Bank close by... Goodbye Chase Bank.
