I ordered Euros from this branch, they came in. I go to pick them up the next day and the branch is temporarily closed with no explanation, no prior notice to clients, and no re-opening date posted. So now Chase has my money AND my euros. Customer service over the phone was ZERO help, as was the branch at 9465 Wilshire Blvd.
