First, the telephone numbers do not get you to this branch (17k Newburgh). Also, no one answers the local line. I made a credit card payment at the ATM before business hours. The machine shorted my payment by $1,000.00, that's right, a thousand dollars! No one answers. I called a different branch and was transferred to a line that wanted me to sign up for voice recognition and gave me no option to obtain customer service. I called that branch again and the agent stated there was s no other way to address my inquiry. Now, I must drive 10 miles during business hours to speak to someone directly. I have personal and business account with a significant amount on deposit. I just may be looking for a different bank. Finally, Marco from the branch answered and directed me to the 800 number on the card. Again, the same thing... sign up for voice recognition. Finally I get someone, Marco who directed me to the 800 number on my card. After calling they (and a supervisor) recommended I go into the branch where Marco had directed me out of as the ATM is operated by a vendor. Morning wasted!
Hello, we've been clients at Chase for many years; generally speaking, we are satisfied with the services offered as well as the staff; but today did not go well by me. I needed a "Certificate of Life" notarized, as I both my wife and I do once a year. It has not been a problem in the past since we usually go directly to Enrique, our "agent" for whatever we need.
But today, Enrique was busy with a client and the person who welcomed us was not very receptive to the idea; she directed me to a masked teller who was even less receptive to the point of rudeness by ignorance. Her attitude was unwarranted and she finally came up with "we don't do those", I argued (nicely) that we had this notarized in the past, to which she responded "Chase changed their policy"......now I am getting annoyed and I asked the same lady who welcomed us to look deeper into it, which she did; actually, I think she went and talked to Enrique, came back, dropped her previously ignorant attitude, notarized my single sheet translated form. So it ended well, but please train your staff about what Chase can do and train them to not make the client feel uncomfortable if/when they are faced with something new to them, like I was made to feel,

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding assistance provided by Carol at Chase Bank.
My 90-year-old mother and I had been working for several days to complete a transaction to send money to a family member for funeral expenses. It was an emotional and stressful situation for our family, and we had struggled to get everything finalized.
Carol treated my mother with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism. She took the time to carefully walk us through the process and made sure the transaction was completed successfully. Her compassion and willingness to help made a very difficult situation much easier for us.
Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Carol for the care, respect, and dedication she showed my mother. Her service reflects very positively on Chase Bank, and we are truly grateful for her help.

Incredibly difficult doing business with Chase Bank. They locked my account with no warning, and they will NOT unlock it.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew Lopez at the Chase Bank Branch located at McGee and Oracle. I felt compelled to share with others the wonderful experience of working with Andrew and the team at this branch.
I moved two business accounts and two personal accounts from Wells Fargo to Chase. The two business accounts are operated as LLCs. My business partner is located in Florida and I am in Arizona. Andrew found a way for way for us to open the business accounts even though we were in different states. Thank you Andrew for your diligent efforts in getting this worked out for us.
I highly recommend Andrew and the Chase team at his branch.
I just wanted to take the time to comment on the service I received yesterday by Lupitia Mejia. I was formerly with 1st Republic and I never thought I could receive personalized service like I received there but I was wrong. Lupitia not only helped me with everything I needed but she did so in a manner so personal and helpful and affirming that I now trust Chase to be my banking partner... as long as I have a representative as wonderful as Lupitia.
ATM broke again on tuesday. I need $ this branch is useless in terms of service..

No one ever answers the phone nor do they call you back if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone!

After restricting and closing my business account of over 15 years for no reason given, no one will answer the phone at this branch and no voicemails are ever returned. They accepted a direct deposit after telling me that all deposits would be refused and returned to sender. That deposit is to pay my vendors for work completed. They are now holding my funds for over two days. How is this legal? OUTRAGEOUS
I went inside of the bank to exchange coins for dollar bills. I was greeted and helped by Meredith, who had just returned from lunch. She was very kind and patient as we counted out all my coins. You don't see that kind of interaction very much any more in today's world. Thank you, Meredith for making my day at Chase Bank a good one!
Chase bank is pathetic! They enjoy lying their asses off to police! They try to get people arrested. They rob people of civil rights. It dont matter to them about nothing! Not even for caring for customers. They ignore people, refuse to open accounts then attempt to refuse withdrawals! Fuck the lot of them. Wells Fargo is happy to help me, and others! We dont need you to tell us who can spend their own money and it dont belong to Chase. What pathetic clowns that refused a multi- million dollar account to be opened cuz nobody wanted to help and were so busy they were standing together hamming up the gossip session that customers did not matter. Multiple ppl have closed all accounts in Yuma with Chase bank. Others left due to employees refusing to assist customers. Their colleagues gossip corner was in full swing! Furthermore they try to have people arrested for being on the public easement since there is no bloody sidewalks to be on! The whole lot is a group of self indulgent grown ass toddlers who just cant act right!
Dear CEO of Chase Bank: Today, August 20th, 2025 upon request, I finally received copies of my Bank Statements (May 2025-August 2025) which are normally received in the United States mail at my home address since December 2019. I am very concerned over the fact that someone other than myself, AUTHORIZED that my Bank Statements be HELD/RETURN MAIL without my permission and I need to who and why? I would sincerely appreciate Chase Bank's cooperation in this matter, as I have contacted the United States Postal Service over this matter as well as an incident in August of 2022 when the United States Department of Justice claimed that they mailed me a settlement check to my home address (same address of this incident), and it to this date (August 20th, 2025), has never been received. This is my complaint.
I need the swift code. Nobody answers the phone..ever. No way to email. I don't live in Walla Walla, so I can't drive down. Just need a Swift code to set up routing for my new employer so I can get paid.
Received great service from Reuben and Cora and one other. Pleasant, thorough, and professional.
Bank employees are friendly and on top of things. Have done many types of transactions with no issues ever.
I used Chase online check deposit last night. Same check that I gave deposited several times. Because THEIR APP took a crappy picture and told me it looked good, now I have a 10 day hold on my money. I called their number and was told that there was nothing they would do. Why can't I show the bank the check, I'm literally standing in the bank and they can't help.
So now I'm 60 miles from empty and no money for fuel. This is bullshit, I knew it was a mistake going with a big corporate bank. This absolute horrible customer service that they can't take a look at the check and verify its amount.
I have been a customer at the East 65th Street and Third Avenue for approximately 15-years. I live in the building above the bank and I have seen the entrances to bank unattended during the day as well as in he night. At night, the homeless sleep in the Third Avenue entrance to the bank as well as between the planters and the bank.
My wife was in the bank today when an incident occurred and there no security guard present. The manager said "they took out the security guard two weeks ago" to cut costs. I am very upset to do my business with a bank without a security guard. I have numerous accounts containing large sums and a safety deposit box in the vault.
I think your decision to leave the bank without a security guard both during the day and at night. I don't want to be caught up in an incident as what happened today. It's bad enough that I am a private client and get the cheapest checks and registry as possible and now I have to worry about the safety in the bank's main floor. I would appreciate a response.

After reporting a check was stolen and copied a 2nd time we reported it to the Chase Branch in Hawthorne. We received a letter from Chase yesterday saying they would not reimburse us for this theft and that we should monitor our account. We found the mistake not Chase and Chase cashed a stolen check. We have been customers for several decades and have several accounts and your response is unacceptable.
One of the worst branches I've been to! The teller, Andrea refused to fully deposit my money because my deposit contained coins; assuming she did not want to count it. She tried to humiliate me in front of other customers on the line by saying "It is not fair to the other customers that are waiting in line". She claimed she can only deposit my paper money but not the coins that were attached to that deposit. To make matters worse, assuming this man was the Manager, this bald-headed man chimed in and also said they can only deposit my paper money, and they could not deposit my handful of coins! When I asked why, they could not give me a proper answer as to why, Andrea kept saying there was a long line (which I also waited on) and it was not fair to the customers who were waiting. When I asked if she was refusing to deposit ALL of my money, she nor the man, could give me a proper response.
I too, waited on that LONG horrendous line because they lack sufficient/qualified staff to properly maintain the line and their customer service!
J.R the manager was the most helpful and kind person I have ever dealt with in my 66 years of banking. I am not good with technology, and he was so patient and walked me thru everything. Words can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of his help. Nice guy, great worker. I will send everyone I know to this branch.
