Dear CEO of Chase Bank: Today, August 20th, 2025 upon request, I finally received copies of my Bank Statements (May 2025-August 2025) which are normally received in the United States mail at my home address since December 2019. I am very concerned over the fact that someone other than myself, AUTHORIZED that my Bank Statements be HELD/RETURN MAIL without my permission and I need to who and why? I would sincerely appreciate Chase Bank's cooperation in this matter, as I have contacted the United States Postal Service over this matter as well as an incident in August of 2022 when the United States Department of Justice claimed that they mailed me a settlement check to my home address (same address of this incident), and it to this date (August 20th, 2025), has never been received. Sincerely, Ruth Craft
This is my complaint.
I need the swift code. Nobody answers the phone..ever. No way to email. I don't live in Walla Walla, so I can't drive down. Just need a Swift code to set up routing for my new employer so I can get paid.
Received great service from Reuben and Cora and one other. Pleasant, thorough, and professional.
Bank employees are friendly and on top of things. Have done many types of transactions with no issues ever.
I used Chase online check deposit last night. Same check that I gave deposited several times. Because THEIR APP took a crappy picture and told me it looked good, now I have a 10 day hold on my money. I called their number and was told that there was nothing they would do. Why can't I show the bank the check, I'm literally standing in the bank and they can't help.
So now I'm 60 miles from empty and no money for fuel. This is bullshit, I knew it was a mistake going with a big corporate bank. This absolute horrible customer service that they can't take a look at the check and verify its amount.
I have been a customer at the East 65th Street and Third Avenue for approximately 15-years. I live in the building above the bank and I have seen the entrances to bank unattended during the day as well as in he night. At night, the homeless sleep in the Third Avenue entrance to the bank as well as between the planters and the bank.
My wife was in the bank today when an incident occurred and there no security guard present. The manager said "they took out the security guard two weeks ago" to cut costs. I am very upset to do my business with a bank without a security guard. I have numerous accounts containing large sums and a safety deposit box in the vault.
I think your decision to leave the bank without a security guard both during the day and at night. I don't want to be caught up in an incident as what happened today. It's bad enough that I am a private client and get the cheapest checks and registry as possible and now I have to worry about the safety in the bank's main floor. I would appreciate a response.

Best bank in town, very friendly !
A special thanks to Denise the Bank manager for her outstanding service, care and dedication.
After reporting a check was stolen and copied a 2nd time we reported it to the Chase Branch in Hawthorne. We received a letter from Chase yesterday saying they would not reimburse us for this theft and that we should monitor our account. We found the mistake not Chase and Chase cashed a stolen check. We have been customers for several decades and have several accounts and your response is unacceptable.
One of the worst branches I've been to! The teller, Andrea refused to fully deposit my money because my deposit contained coins; assuming she did not want to count it. She tried to humiliate me in front of other customers on the line by saying "It is not fair to the other customers that are waiting in line". She claimed she can only deposit my paper money but not the coins that were attached to that deposit. To make matters worse, assuming this man was the Manager, this bald-headed man chimed in and also said they can only deposit my paper money, and they could not deposit my handful of coins! When I asked why, they could not give me a proper answer as to why, Andrea kept saying there was a long line (which I also waited on) and it was not fair to the customers who were waiting. When I asked if she was refusing to deposit ALL of my money, she nor the man, could give me a proper response.
I too, waited on that LONG horrendous line because they lack sufficient/qualified staff to properly maintain the line and their customer service!
J.R the manager was the most helpful and kind person I have ever dealt with in my 66 years of banking. I am not good with technology, and he was so patient and walked me thru everything. Words can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of his help. Nice guy, great worker. I will send everyone I know to this branch.
Thank you! Neil A.
Today we had an appointment with Alexander to have him add me into my husband's savings account. He was very informative, professional, and was able to execute our concerns. Thank you for giving me and my husband are great experience! We will definitely come back again. 😇 Yanira and Chris Morris.
You cannot reach anyone EVER at this branch!!
I have had horrible customer service from this bank. You can not ever reach a real person to help you and their online bureaucracy is worthless if you want to complain or have an issue outside the norm.
Your inner bank is not open in the open hours that have been posted. I have to cash a check with a teller, and oftentimes I have been there at 10:30 a.m. and the bank is not open. Why is this?
Terrible place to bank. I'd been a customer for 45 years, since it was first Texas Commerce Bank. A couple years ago I had about $200,000 transferred into my account from another bank from a matured CD. And I went in and got the paper work. Then in a week or two, Chase CLOSED my account, froze it, and bounced ALL my checks, and never told me they did it and they never did tell me why. I found out from the merchants who had tried to cash my checks. Chase caused me a lot of trouble. As a result I don't do much business with them, just keep a small household account open for utility bills to be drafted and a few checks. I would like to rate them a zero, but one is the lowest this website allows.
Tried to get an answer today about foreign currency. Just wanted to get some Euro. I dont have an account there but do have a chase credit card. They wouldnt help me. Not only would they not help me, they couldnt even tell me where to even go to get foreign currency exchanged. I need to apparently open a bank account to get currency exchanged. Odd though, they supply my credit card. so im good enough for their credit card, but not good enough to help otherwise. Bad business.
I have tried to contact the branch all day without success. They have me scheduled with a loan agent for tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. and I am simply trying to cancel the appointment. The voice message refers me to an 800 number where I call and they do not even see the appointment in the system. When I go online as they refer me to there is no evidence of the appointment also. A gentleman by the name of Carlos called me last week to reschedule the appointment for Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow and I need to cancel it because I've already started alone with an agent online that's very knowledgeable and can assist me with much better ease as I am disabled and it's hard for me to go in and out of the local branch. I am shocked about not being able to get a hold of anyone at the branch and that the agent provided to me did not have a card presented to me when the customer service rep at the local branch made the appointment.
i have banked with them when they were Washington Mutural. Hate this branch. Go through drive through wait 10 mins always. Will not help you unless you heave the form filled out. It totally sucks have to have a ppt to be seen. Be glad when paid off so they will go in the garbage. Very bad management. Does not care about the clients.
I have been involved in a inheritance fund scam involving Andy C*** (302) 667-96** and Jefferey Th*** (302) 665-44** deliveryservice2022@gmail.com. I was sent an email in December indicating that I was entitled to an inheritance fund of $16.2 million. I was advised to pay over a total of $6,000 in fees to receive this inheritance fund. I was sent an ATM card which I have been unable to access. I was advised to go to https://www.mcbeservices.com/en/portal to open an account with access these funds which I have been unable to access. The most recent request from Jefferey Thompson is to pay another $1,2000 in order to receive these funds. This appears to be a scam as in the last 5 months I have received no funds for the fees I have paid. I have requested numerous times to receive these funds or if not the funds to have my fees returned to me. I would appreciate help in this matter as I am ready to report this as a scam and to contact the FBI regarding this situation. My name is Cheryl Myers, my email is CherimyersKY71D@outlook.com.
I can never, ever get through by phone and there is no way to leave a message! Horrible customer service.
The parking lot in this branch has had deep potholes for the last 18 months, DISGRACE! West AA and Yipsi parking lots safe to walk in. Also use the U of M Credit Union and their parking lots are also user friendly. Have had a Chase account since 1987!
I've always had great service when I need help. I've opened accounts, needed money transfers, notary services, always timely and helpful.
Cannot contact Buckhannon branch by phone. Cannot leave a message. This is terrible. I will seriously consider moving all my accounts to a bank I can talk to.
When it comes to customer service, this branch rates a minus -4,806 on a scale of 4805. Why? you ask?
1) It is very difficult for me to get to the branch during normal business hours as I have a business to run. So, one day I took time off, when to the branch and worked out with the head teller how I can have a staff member swing buy to get change for my cash register. Less than a year later, that head teller was gone and the new head teller wouldn't honor the agreement. So how do I get the cash to run my business? So I called the bank. And called the bank and left a voice mail. And called the bank. And called the bank. easily called the bank 20 times over three days. Didn't get the courtesy of a call back. And never reached a live person at the phone number listed for this bank. Do you think the bank has no phone number? Nah, I didn't think so.
2) Another time, I needed document apostille certified. So, again I had to close my business and go to the bank. The woman at this branch said she doesn't know if I am a customer so she can't apostille the document. I said you can look in your computer and ask any question about my account to see if I am a customer. She looked at me as if to say, "You expect me to expend that much effort?" So I took out my Chase Ink, Chase Visa, Chase Freedom and Chase Debit card and placed them on the table for her to see. "Don't throw them at me."!!!!! I said I am not throwing them at you. I am showing you I am a customer. "Well, I can't apostille this document for you as I have to go pick up my kids from school." And out the door she went. Didn't ask if we can reschedule a time together. Didn't suggest I speak to another team member. Didn't offer another suggestion on how to get my document apostillized. Note to Jamie Dimon, Chase Bank President: Please include lessons in customer service and manners in your classes on how to be a bank branch manager.
