BRANCH REVIEWS
There is a teller there whom is always rude one way or another. I don't know her but every single time I have a transaction at this bank, she tries to inconvenience the 'customer' any way she can. I just came back from making a cash payment to my credit card. (Every time I come through I'm making a simple cash payment to my credit card. Simple…right? In the last year, Ive done it about 3-4 times.) So I give her my driver's license, credit card, a post-it note stating I'd like to make a cash payment to my credit card, 7 fifty dollar bills, 1 quarter & 1 dime. Thankfully I wasn't in a hurry because she took 11 minutes to return 22 dollars and 3 quarters, 2 dimes and a nickel. She didn't miss the change rolling around the clear plastic tube with 2 cards, a note and 7 bills. Passive aggressive much? Can someone please explain WHY this teller always seems angry?
I'm 50 years old and not young or disrespectful so I finished the transaction nicely (wished her a good rest-of-her-day) and didn't mention the fact the she was 'thrown off' by 35 cents and intentionally gave back more change while taking an extraordinary long time to process a simple transaction. By the way, there were no other cars in the drive through lanes whatsoever. This is just 1 example of her behavior. Like I previously said, I only have had a handful of teller transactions in the past year. But EVERY SINGLE time, she made a problem or was just plain rude. There's no doubt she's acting this way with others if I and other family members have similar experiences every time. Something has to be said!
