I need help. Chase has locked me out of my online accounts because of suspicious activity (which turned out to be using Zelle for the first time -- legitimate use). I called the phone number given. After 45 minutes on hold, I got a human being. I gave her all the required information, then she turmed me over to a computer program to finish. I satisfied it that I was legit, and it finally confirmed that my account had been verified. But when I tried to sign on this morning, the account was still frozen. I'm calling again right now, but I've been on hold for another 45 minutes wirthout being connected. HELP! I need access. If this is not solved today, I'm going to look into a 4Front account to handle my business.
