I have been with this bank for a few years now and I remain very pleased with their service, friendliness, helpfulness, etc.
I have enjoyed the professionalism & caring attitude that the employees of this bank has shown regarding my mother who has come to them on innumerable occasions to assist with her banking needs. Other the past few months, my mother exhibited signs of dementia (short-term memory loss in particular) and they would take the time to answer her myriad of questions that had been asked & explained before, never showing any irritation or unwillingness to help. Thanks again to Diane Dawn & the staff for going the extra mile & making this difficult time a little less challenging.
I love this branch. We have been with them for 20 years. They have always gone above and beyond.
