I did a lot of research before deciding on the local bank I wanted to use here in Bloomington. I was looking for CD and money market rates. I contacted 17 banks and I narrowed it down to two. I went to both banks. I chose CIBM due to the first representative, Lucy, on the phone being welcoming, knowledgeable, and detailed. I went in and ended up meeting with the branch manager, Chrissy, who was the same way. Chrissy was excellent. They stood out by far and they did not disappoint. I recommend CIBM because of them.
