Dear Sir,
I am writing to protest your company's involvement with private prison corps financing the setting up of trump's concentration camps...the conditions in the camps are wretched...lack of medical care, contaminated food...what there is of it...over-crowding, abuse--physical and sexual? poor or inadequate sanitation facilities, unqualified and incompetent guards, etc...guest these places should get an F for humane effort! This might have been acceptable in German concentration camps or Soviet Gulags, but it is definitely not acceptable in the USA...you should be ashamed that you are at all involved with such dehumanizing centers of enforced misery...on a personal level I'm already very unhappy with your 'new' online banking payment system...it is awkward and not at all user friendly...have attempted to setup recurring payments but apparently did not perform the last 'save' step properly and it was never setup, though it appeared to be...and so the recurring payment wasn't sent out and I got a nasty letter from the biller and taken off of monthly budget billing...and had a late payment charge...and this for an account that I had setup recurring payments for years ago...which were terminated without notice when this company initiated this confusing online payment system...worse still though I have fewer providers to be paid, it takes much longer to process my monthly payments because I have to triple check every transaction...or almost, the 'internet' recurring does seem to be working properly almost to my amazement...and so after banking with this current company after using the 2 or is it 3 prior versions, which have been bought up by successive companies, I will be gradually severing my connection with this current rendition of unethical business dealings...your company's involvement with these prison companies should cause you problems sleeping at night and makes me feel contaminated for even doing business with this capitalist entity...to paraphrase the 2nd amendment: well 'regulated' capitalism is the best form of economic system—unfortunately we don't have that and Robber-Baron trump is ensuring that we are going in the wrong direction; since he has no idea what 'rule of law' even means….POWER TO THE PEOPLE ! and will celebrate the 250th birthday on 4th of July, and not flag day, which would be absurd of course... rlBenvenuti
I called your branch last week to make sure my checks were good so I can transfer 30,000 by check. Today I get a note from bank I wanted to deposit to, saying check is no good. I cannot get a CORRECT answer from anyone at your bank. In addition I have just been told my Visa card is no good, as your bank changed to Mastercard, because it is safer than visa, which I don't believe. Since we live in Mexico Sheila could not send me a replacement card to Mexico via express mail. She said we have to go through customer service which is useless.
I'll be calling tomorrow and I want correct answers. I will be removing all my accounts from Citizens to a better banking facility, accounts averaging a total over 600,000.
These problems have been going on for years. You have my number in Mexico. This is accounts for Frank Wittland lll. I hope you fix these problems.
