We left City National and went to Peoples bank best move we made yet.. The manger that runs these 3 local branches is a real jerk! Who thinks she is above all! No stars.. but employers are wonderful. Mike Sheila Knight
I just watched a video where an employee at this bank was very obscene to a camerman she saw outside your bank. I do not believe this is someone that reflects your business in a positive manner. I would suggest you make some changes, and train your staff accordingly.

This branch of city national has terrible customer service and is incompetent in dealing with powers of attorney matters. Today I was in the branch to get bank statements for my incapacitated in laws. The bank manager and location lost the power of attorney which had been notarized. He gave me the run around for approx an hour and a half. I will be contacting both the local and national president regarding the unprofessional manner in which the situation was handled. I have been in the banking industry 28 years and if my banks were as incompetent as this branch, we would be out of business. I would advise against using this bank for any purpose.
