This Eastern Bank Asmont Station should be shutdown. The empolyess should be fired, or some of them empolyess at Eastern Bank should move other branches. They made my lifr living hell. They would not open new account. They are a***es, f**k a***es. They freeze my accounts. I thought some one stole my checking account!! I had to call customer serivice Eastern Bank, finally solved problem.... But Ashmont Eastern Bank in Dorchester Mass is no one help me!! I had cancel doctors att. I clound not eat breakfast or lunch... Call customer serivice, I was able get my money, butt neaver happen before... Frank Davis Mattpan.
Not sure how long a normal wait for a phone call takes. It's been 1 week. Also scheduled a call and never received that call.
