I have a negative review but it speaks truth. I opened my account as a senior on April 14, 2022 when the bank was named Bank of Pawhuska. I was new to town and Oklahoma and felt good about this Pawhuska branch as I transferred money to close escrow on my new home. The service was good and I had high praise for this bank but I did very little with this branch following my home purchase. My account had no service fee and I was happy. The branch later changed it's name to Elevate, along with other changes I would later find out. I began incurring monthly fees at some point. Mostly this was a stale account with a small balance I used infrequently but kept it in hopes of future use. Eventually the service fees sucked the remaining balance month after month from my bank account. As I stated I'm a senior. My income is fixed. I had hoped my local bank would treat me like family but really I found the all too familiar greedy bank taking all they can. Matter of fact this bank, Elevate Bank drained every penny from my account and likes to send a monthly statement each and every month reflecting the zero balance they left me with.
