Numerous problems with this bank. Customer service is non-existent at this bank. Bogus maintenance fees, never return a call or an email, and now as I sit here trying to work from home this evening (6:30 pm), I cannot access my I-business account and nobody at the "customer service" 800 number can help me. Added an "extra layer of security", that requires them to text me a one-time security code to "my phone". Problem is, neither of the numbers listed are, or ever have been associated with this business. I'm told I'll need to call someone tomorrow during business hours.
I actually thought this was 2022, where people have access to their critical banking/business information 24/7. For busy people who work all day and try to catch up on their paperwork and billing in the evening this is unacceptable! Problems pop up, but good business partners have 24-hour access for things as simple as account access. Hopefully we'll find better service at the next bank!!
