★ Branch review: Head Office Branch

Impossible to contact. I am a client but have not been able to speak to any Enerbank employee. Tried the number listed for 4 days. Never connected to an actual person. Website not accessible. Requested new password multiple times but never received the email necessary. Yes, I checked my spam and trash folders. Contacted Federal Consumer Financial Protection Agency. Do I have to file a complaint to get your attention?

I have been calling this number 1888 644 3662 and no one picks up i have been trying numerous time. My name is Delia Sanchez and i am trying to find out what the name of the company that installed a furnace and outside a/c unit at 1010 barajas ln houston texas 77039 and Enerbank financed loan on july 28 2020. Please call me at 832 270 5282 the company that did the work left me no paperwork.
