★ Bank review

Don't go with them!!! I'd give negative starts if I could. We started to loan process for a new build end of Feb 26, it is June 15, 2026 and we still don't know if we have a loan. A month in I started to ask where we stood in the loan to find out they hadn't decided yet and they needed more information. I sent it. Then almost a month later they started to ask for more information, we kept sending stuff or answering requests and they kept asking for more. They started to ask for same things after 60 days which we already sent. then after 90 days they said paystubs and investments were outdated, and we needed to send that information again. We started to look elsewhere as I'm not sure how long they will take. I'm not sure if they didn't want to horror the low interest rate or why they kept stalling or if they are just incompetent. Their customer service was horrible, and they were super rude during this massive mess, I even had one scoff at me when I asked for the bank president and then she gave me someone else's name.
